Hi, I'm Mok

I got into editing because of something I noticed as a viewer: the best videos make you forget you're watching one. The sound, the pacing, and the cuts all work together, so nothing pulls you out of the story. That's the standard I hold every project to.

I've been editing for over 8 years (the last 3 professionally) mostly with creators and small teams. The projects I'm most drawn to now are the ones where video has to tell a story, explain a product, build trust or make someone care about an idea without losing them halfway through.

Whatever the project my approach is the same: I find the strongest version of what you're trying to say and make it effortless to watch.

What I Do:

I focus on post-production, because that's where a video's quality is actually decided.

Post-production:

  • video editing
  • color grading
  • sound design
  • motion graphics
  • Platform versions

Before the shoot:

Scripts and storyboards are your side but I'm happy to give my input before you film, what to capture, how to frame it, and what the edit will need. Footage shot with the edit in mind cuts cleaner and feels more intentional.

Who I Work With:

I work with creators, agencies, and brands who care about how their videos land. Before we start, I'll be honest about whether I'm the right fit for your project, so i can give it my best.

You'll work directly with me. That means one person who knows your footage, your goals, and your standards and who wants the final video to feel exactly the way you pictured it.

My Approach:

Every project starts with the same question: what should the viewer feel, and what do they need to see to get there?

The answer changes with the content. A fast-paced channel, an educational series, and a story driven piece each need a different rhythm, so I build the edit around your voice and your audience.

I also pay close attention to retention: where viewers stay, where they drift, and what pulls them back. Most edits lose people quietly, through a slow opening, flat sound, or pacing that drags. Those are the first things I look for.

Let's Talk:

Got footage or an idea? Send me the details and I'll tell you honestly whether we're a good fit.
